Combining her social science and anthropology background from Wageningen University and Research, Lea brings several years of experience to diverse evaluations across sectors like agriculture, livelihoods, and global health. Lea actively fosters the global evaluation community as a key member of EvalYouth and TWG5 yEES co-lead.

George Theuri

George is an accomplished impact evaluator with a strong foundation in economics and sociology with over a decade of experience. His work spans diverse sectors, including International Non-governmental Organizations (INGOs), Government Agencies, the private sector, Civil Society, and institutions of Higher Learning. This wide-ranging experience has allowed him to evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of programs that aim to foster socioeconomic development. With expertise in both quantitative and qualitative methods, George is adept at applying rigorous data analysis tools and econometric techniques to assess the outcomes of interventions. His work has primarily focused on initiatives that promote gender mainstreaming, youth inclusion, countering violent extremism, business, and human rights, particularly in marginalized communities.

Committed to evidence-based evaluation and participatory methodologies, George's work consistently contributes to informed decision-making that benefits individuals, communities donor organizations, and all stakeholders in the evaluation chain.
